Plumbing and water supply
Water mains renewed, stopcocks replaced, outside taps fitted and rainwater harvesting set up.

Most of this work is the part nobody sees. A new blue MDPE main run from the boundary to the house, laid at depth, sleeved through the wall and terminated on a new stopcock, with the floor put back so you would not know anyone had been.
The garden side of plumbing sits here too. Outside taps, irrigation runs, and rainwater harvesting off a downpipe into a tank, which on a big garden pays for itself in a hosepipe ban.
