This website is operated by:

Tom Nyamunda trades as a sole trader in England. He is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on his work.

What this site is

This site describes the work Tom Nyamunda does and lets you ask him for a quote. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted, and no contract is formed through this website. A price becomes a price when he gives you one directly, in writing or on the phone, for your specific job.

Quotes

• Quotes are free and there is no obligation attached to asking for one.
• A quote given from photographs is given in good faith on what the photographs show. If something is found on site that could not be seen, for example services buried where nobody expected them or ground that will not hold, Tom Nyamunda will tell you before carrying on rather than after.
• Unless he says otherwise, a quote holds for 30 days.

The photographs

Every photograph on this site is of work carried out by Tom Nyamunda. They are published with the property owner’s agreement. They show real jobs, so they show the conditions those jobs were done in rather than a styled set, and your own job will differ.

The photographs and the words on this site belong to Tom Nyamunda. Please do not reuse them to advertise somebody else’s work.

Accuracy

This site is kept as accurate as a one person business can keep it. Where it lists an area as covered, that is the usual working area rather than a guarantee that any given job can be taken on.

Links out

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not under Tom Nyamunda’s control and he is not responsible for what is on it.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, Tom Nyamunda is not liable for loss arising from relying on general information on this website rather than on advice given for your actual job.
